A police investigation has been launched after a fire involving eight lorries, each containing 250 to 300 litres of diesel.

Cambridgeshire emergency services were called to Mulberry Farm in Station Road, Longstanton, at 01:40 GMT with reports of multiple explosions.

More than 20 firefighers tackled the blaze.

Cambridgeshire Police said detectives were gathering CCTV, forensic evidence and carrying out house to house inquiries.

The force appealed for witnesses.
