Town left without post office after sudden closure

Immingham has been left without a post office after it closed suddenly.
The post office had been operating from the Civic Centre, in Pelham Road, on a temporary basis since April, after the roof collapsed at the usual premises in Kennedy Way.
Residents say the closure has left them with no access to post office or banking services.
The Post Office has said it is looking to restore a service as soon as possible.
Chris, who lives and works in the town, told BBC Radio Humberside: "It's not great for the town, there's no bank and no post office.
"Something needs doing about it, nobody can get cash. Elderly people are going to struggle".
Angela, who has lived in Immingham all her life, said: "I'm not very pleased about it and a lot of people won't be."
A spokesperson for the Post Office said: "Kennedy Way Post Office has closed with immediate effect due to unforeseen circumstances. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unplanned closure.
"We are looking to restore service to the area as soon as possible. In the interim alternative branches include South Killingholme, Healing and East Halton."
