Man charged after A&E department evacuated

A man has been charged after two people were allegedly assaulted at a hospital, forcing an emergency department to be evacuated.
Aberdeen Royal Infirmary temporarily closed its A&E department on Friday evening after police and fire crews were called.
Patients were urged to stay away and two people were treated for injuries at the scene before it reopened a short time later.
A 37-year-old man is due to appear before Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday in connection with the incident.
