A second teenager has been charged with multiple terror offences.
Shaan Farooq, from Birmingham, has been accused of one count of possessing terrorism material and three counts of distributing terrorism material.
The 18-year-old is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He was arrested in August along with Smethwick man Amir El-Harith, aged 19.
El-Harith faces three charges of dissemination of a terrorist publication, three of encouraging terrorism and one of possession of information likely to be useful to someone committing or preparing an act of terrorism and is due to go on trial in March.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges during an appearance via video link at Birmingham Crown Court in December.
