There are concerns for the welfare of James Adams as he sometimes gets confused

Police have appealed for help in finding a 74-year-old man who has gone missing in Medway.

James Adams was last seen in the Marlborough Road area of Gillingham on Wednesday evening at about 17:00 BST.

Kent Police said there were concerns for his welfare as he might need important medication. A force spokesperson said he sometimes “gets confused and disoriented”.

Mr Adams is about 5ft 5in tall, of medium build and has grey hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing a grey coat with a hood, blue bottoms and he was carrying a yellow bag for life.
