Multi-tasking provost seen cleaning her windows during meeting

A leading Highland councillor was caught on camera cleaning her windows during a meeting which was being streamed online.
Inverness provost Glynis Campbell Sinclair had joined Monday's session of the Inverness city committee from home.
After making a point about funding for new schools, she was seen getting a cloth and a basin of water to clean her Venetian blinds.
She then ran back and switched off her camera, which had been left on by mistake.
Mrs Campbell Sinclair said she had continued to listen to the debate, and had been trying to squeeze in some cleaning into her busy schedule.
The SNP councillor for Culloden and Ardersier holds the civic head role as provost of Inverness and the city's surrounding area.
Monday's meeting had been nearing its conclusion after almost three hours when Mrs Campbell Sinclair was seen tackling her windows.
She told BBC Scotland News: "Most days I don't have a nanosecond to myself.
"I had played a full part in the debate and it was almost finished when I did some multi-tasking."
The provost said she juggled her roles at Highland Council, which also include being chairwoman of the housing and property committee, with a busy family life.
She said: "I have 12 horses to look after - four of them are elderly and require stabling most nights."
The long-serving local councillor said she also had to attend civic meetings most nights.
Mrs Campbell Sinclair said that like many other people at this time of year - particularly working women - there was extra work required to prepare for Christmas.
A Highland Council spokesperson said it was not appropriate to comment on the conduct of councillors.
