Two boys charged with assaulting college student

Two boys have been charged after a student was injured following an alleged assault at a college.
A male teenager was taken to hospital and later discharged following the incident at Reading College in Kings Road at about 14:20 GMT on Thursday, Thames Valley Police said.
A 17-year-old boy from Reading, Berkshire, has been charged with wounding with intent and possessing a bladed article on school premises.
A 16-year-old boy, also from Reading, has been charged with assault by beating.
The defendants, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Reading magistrates on Saturday and were released on conditional bail, police said.
