West Sussex Fire and Rescue said it was at the scene of a vehicle fire on the A27

A section of the A27 on the West Sussex and Hampshire border has reopened following a car fire, according to National Highways.
The government agency said emergency resurfacing works on the westbound road between the A259, Chichester, and the A259, Emsworth, have now been completed.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service responded to a vehicle fire there at 21:30 BST on Monday.
National Highways said a large oil and fuel spillage had left damage to the road surface after the blaze was put out.
Lanes one and two of the main carriageway, along with the entry slip into the layby required resurfacing, despite the road being cleaned several times, it said.
Drivers had been warned the road could be closed until Tuesday evening.
