A Channel Islands' finance company could be sold to a private equity firm from the UK, if a proposed deal goes through.

Ravenscroft employs more than 100 people across Guernsey and Jersey.

The investment company is in talks about a possible sale with London-based Titan Wealth, which previously bought out Ravenscroft's UK business in 2023.

Shareholders were told about the prospective deal at the company's annual general meeting this week.

Any deal would be subject to approval from the islands' financial regulators.
