A drug dealer who hid crack cocaine and heroin in his underpants has been jailed.
Dodou Manneh, now 19, of Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, was stopped in Huntingdon in June 2023 and class A drugs with an estimated street value of £1,000 were found stashed in his underwear. He also had more than £1,000 in cash. He was released on bail.
In January this year, Manneh was stopped in Peterborough and his mobile phone was found to be the "deal line" for a class A drugs operation in the city, sending messages offering crack cocaine and heroin.
On Thursday, at Peterborough Crown Court, he admitted drugs charges and was sentenced to three years in a young offender institution.
Manneh admitted possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin and possession of cannabis and criminal property.
PC Chester Lewis, from Cambridgeshire Police, said: "This was a great example of proactive policing leading to a significant arrest.
"Drugs cause real harm in our communities, and we will continue to target those who seek to profit from them."
