A North Yorkshire theme park has been put up for sale with a £3m price tag.
Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park, near Ripon, opened in 1969 and attracts more than 230,000 visitors each year.
The listing says the venue offers investors the opportunity "to take ownership of, and develop a long established theme park business".
According to property website Rightmove the park, which has more than 35 rides, is already under offer.
The £3m asking price includes 182 acres of grounds, "significant" infrastructure and 72 years remaining on a 99-year lease.
There is also planning permission for a lodge and glamping scheme, according to the listing.
A Lightwater Valley spokesperson confirmed the site was for sale but refused to comment further.

The rides in the park are geared towards under 12s
The advert said the park benefitted from good accessibility, with easy road links to the A1(M).
Lightwater Valley has an array of themed areas and attractions throughout an expansive parkland setting, at the heart of which is a large lake surrounded by woodland.
It was once home to the longest roller coaster in the world, the Ultimate, which held the title between 1991 and 2000.
The 7,442 ft (2,268m) long ride closed in 2019 and was dismantled in 2023.
In 2020 the park's owners were fined £350,000 after a seven-year-old boy fell from the Twister rollercoaster in May 2019.
