Police have released images of people they want to identify following the recent violent disorder near Rotherham.

South Yorkshire Police said the CCTV footage formed part of their investigation into the unrest that took place outside the Holiday Inn Express in the Manvers area on Sunday.

The disorder at the hotel, which was housing asylum seekers, resulted in injuries to 51 police officers.

Anyone with any more information about the suspects pictured has been asked to get in touch with the force.

So far, two teenagers have pleaded guilty to taking part in the riot at Sheffield Magistrates' Court.

Both were bailed with monitoring conditions ahead of sentencing hearings later this year.

A number of adult males have been remanded in custody and charged with offences linked to the hotel disorder before their appearances at Sheffield Crown Court.
