Jersey Fire and Rescue Service has launched its first bespoke website to mark its 75th anniversary.

It said the site, external was a resource for fire safety advice for islanders, along with the latest news, updates, and support.

The launch coincides with the 75th anniversary of the States of Jersey taking responsibility for the island's fire and rescue service from the Parish of St Helier.

Chief fire officer, Paul Brown, said: "The more we engage and the more content we can share, the more efficient we can be in promoting safety."
