Family-friendly space trail comes to Leeds

A space-themed trail taking families on a virtual trip across the universe has been created in Leeds.
The Leodis Space Agency is made up of installations, workshops and interactive exhibits dotted around the city centre, including at the Trinity Leeds shopping centre and on Briggate.
Organisers said the cosmic experience would help youngsters learn more about space and the solar system over the Easter holidays.
The trail will be in place until 14 April.
The project has been put together by Norse Sky, a Keighley-based set and prop builder, alongside Leeds Business Improvement District (Leeds BID) and Welcome to Leeds.
John Prowse, from Norse Sky, said: "The displays are all huge, despite being scaled down, and it really makes you think about the sheer magnitude of the engineering involved in space exploration.
"The human ingenuity involved in constructing craft that are capable of taking us out into the wide expanse beyond Earth really is quite inspiring."
