New appeal over Leamington Spa fatal shooting

A new appeal has been launched six months after a man was fatally shot near a cul-de-sac.
Ben Daly was found with a gunshot wound on Ranelagh Terrace in Leamington Spa on 10 August last year.
Warwickshire Police believe he was targeted on Frances Havergal Close shortly before and one person has been charged with murder.
On Tuesday, Crimestoppers asked the public to contact the charity anonymously if they knew the locations of three men wanted in connection with alleged killing.
Kevin Vucini, 25, Brigen Carrica - sometimes spelt Qarrica - 21, and Rrezon Cengu, 22, are urgently wanted by investigators, the charity said.
The trio, who are originally from Albania, have links to Essex and possibly London. Cengu has ties with Luton.
Alan Edwards, Crimestoppers' regional manager, said the advice was not to approach the men.
“Due to the significant risks involved, it’s important that Kevin Vucini, Brigen Carrica and Rrezon Cengu are found to face questioning over the tragic murder of Ben," Mr Edwards said.
The organisation is offering three rewards of up to £10,000 for information the charity exclusively receives that leads to the arrest of any of the three men.
The rewards are available for three months and due to expire on 4 June 2024.
Warwickshire Police said Liviu Sandor was due to stand trial for murder on 10 April.
"We’ve also got three people who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender who are currently on bail while inquiries continue," the force said.
At least nine arrests have previously been made in connection with Mr Daly's murder.
