A woman has died six weeks after a crash in which a man was also killed and three child passengers injured.

Police were called to the two-car collision on the A1088 at Euston, near the Suffolk-Norfolk border, just after 19:00 BST on 17 August.

The driver of a silver Audi A4, a 48-year-old man, died at the scene. The driver of a grey Audi A6, a woman aged 35, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, with life-threatening injuries where she died on Friday.

Suffolk Police said two of the children, who were all taken to hospital, received serious injuries, but all three have since been discharged.

Officers continue to appeal for witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage, who were in the area at the time, to get in touch.
