Man and woman threatened with gun during burglary

Detectives are asking the public to help identify a man after two people were attacked and threatened with a gun during an aggravated burglary in Leicestershire.

Police said three men forced their way into an address in Spa Drive, Sapcote between 22:40 and 22:50 BST on 22 July.

A man and woman in their 30s were threatened with a firearm and the man was also punched, police said.

A watch, car keys and cash were stolen during the raid.

Leicestershire Police has released a photograph of a man they believe could have more information about what happened.

They have urged anyone with information to come forward.
