A 50-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing after a police raid at a property in Evesham.

Officers swooped on the house in Gisborne Gardens at about 06:30 BST and seized Class A drugs, about £500 in cash, multiple mobile phones and weighing scales.

The man was held on suspicion of possessing heroin with intent to supply.

Sgt Juliet Jeffrey, from West Mercia Police, said the early morning raid was carried out after concerns were raised in the community concerns over suspected drug dealing at the property.
