Two teens arrested after man seriously injured

Two teenagers have been arrested after a man was seriously injured in an assault, police have said.
The victim was kicked in the head several times by two men and rushed to hospital.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the attack happened outside Drake Circus in Charles Street, Plymouth at about 04:45 BST.
The force confirmed a 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old man, from Launceston, have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
