Two men appear in court charged with murder

Two men have appeared in court, charged with the murder of Indrit Mustafaj.
Mr Mustafaj, 26, from Bradford, died on Saturday, after suffering serious injuries at a house in Vyner Street, York.
Michael Mulvana, 31, and Jobie Tyers, 27, were arrested and charged with his murder, as well as wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to another man and woman.
Mr Mulvana, of Bright Street, and Mr Tyers, of Croft Farm, were remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Monday.
A man and a woman, who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender in relation to the incident, had been released under investigation, police said.
