Attempted murder arrests after man stabbed

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing near a park.
Essex Police said it was called to reports of a man being seriously assaulted on Seymour Street, Chelmsford, close to the entrance to Central Park, on 28 June at about 18:40 BST.
A man in his 20s with stab wounds was taken to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
A 19-year-old man from Witham and a 20-year-old man from Brentwood were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and are in custody.
