Four appear in court over serious disorder

Four men accused of charges in relation to serious disorder in Wolverhampton in August have appeared in court.
Hardeep Singh, 28, from Hounslow; Harpeet Singh, 25, from Leicester; Mukesh Kumar, 30, from Wolverhampton; and Lakwinder Singh, 26, from Smethwick, appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court.
All four are charged with violent disorder, wounding and possession of an offensive weapon, after police officers were called to Bilston following reports of armed disorder involving a number of people and bladed weapons, on 15 August.
The men were remanded into custody and are due to appear at the same court for a plea and trial preparation hearing, on 10 November.
