Cyclist in his 60s killed in car collision

A cyclist in his 60s has died in a crash with a car.
Cumbria Police said the cyclist collided with a Ford Mustang on Kirkstone Pass in the Lake District at about 19:00 BST on Monday.
The force said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was shut after the crash and reopened in the early hours. Police are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
