Blind and deaf puppy searching for a forever home

A dog rescue service is searching for a "very special home" for a 10-month-old springer spaniel who is blind and deaf.
Jack has already moved several times and is currently living with a foster owner near Mablethorpe.
Now, South Yorkshire English Springer Spaniel Rescue is appealing to find a forever home for the "very loveable chap".
Heather Pointer, a trustee for the volunteer group, said: "When you see dogs like Jack that really need you, that's what makes us do it."
The reasons for Jack's conditions are unknown and it is hoped that he will soon be referred to a specialist.
The rescue group said he was good with other dogs on a "one-to-one basis", but being around too many was too much for him to handle.
In a Facebook post, external, the group said: "As moving Jack from one place to another is stressful for him he will be staying where he is until a quieter home can be found.
"We can imagine it is not going to be an easy task to take him on, but it also sounds like he is a very loveable chap who will make the work rewarding."
The group said it would provide a new owner with support and contacts for people with experience of working with blind and deaf dogs.
Jack's foster owner has described him as a very "playful, loving puppy" who has an "incredible sense of smell" and is housetrained.
His ideal home is expected to be quiet, with an owner who can be around him most of the time.
