Nine charged over 'largest ever seizure of prescription drugs'

Nine people have been charged in connection with the "largest single seizure of prescription drugs in the UK to date", police have said.
Greater Manchester Police said drugs worth £2m were found in a premises on Rugby Street in Cheetham Hill in November 2022.
It said nine people had now been charged with conspiracy to supply Class B drugs, conspiracy to supply Class C drugs and conspiracy to conceal criminal property.
They are due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on 23 July.
