'Superhero' takes the plunge on Yorkshire Day

Yorkshire's very own superhero has taken the plunge into the region's favourite dish to mark Yorkshire Day.
Yorkshireman - otherwise known as Josh Benson - plunged into a giant Yorkshire pudding filled with 2,000 litres of onion gravy.
He is no stranger to stunts, after previously celebrating the occasion by diving into a huge mug of Yorkshire tea.
But he said this year he wanted to "mix things up a bit" for the audience at York Maze.
Yorkshireman made his grand entrance on a JCB which was carrying the 6ft-wide (1.8m) Yorkshire pudding.
The crowd counted down from 10, as he prepared for his first belly-flop.
He plummeted in, causing a huge splash, before triumphantly raising his fists.
Next, he performed a bomb, followed by a final dive.
Speaking to the BBC from his bath of gravy, Yorkshireman said: "You've got to have the right connections but when you're Yorkshireman, there's not a lot people won't do for you in the gravy department."
Asked if he would return next year with a fresh stunt, Yorkshireman said it "remains to be seen".
"But there will always be a Yorkshire Day and there will always be a Yorkshireman who will find something ridiculous to do to celebrate," he added.
Speaking about what the day meant to him, Yorkshireman said it was all about honouring the Yorkshire "identity and sense of community".
"That Yorkshire spirit of cracking on and getting stuff done and their sense of humour is great," he said.
