A provisional trial date has been set for a man and a woman accused of killing a man in Leeds.
Stephen Long, 48, and Cheryl Long, 46, appeared at Leeds Crown Court on Wednesday charged with murdering Paul Davinson.
Mr Davinson, 49, died in hospital after police were notified of a "disturbance" on Smithson Street in Rothwell on Saturday night.
The defendants, both of Prospect Place in Rothwell, were not asked to enter pleas during the brief hearing, with a provisional trial set for 9 September.
They were told they would attend court in person for a pre-trial preparation hearing on 11 April.
