Two dogs have been rescued by firefighters after a blaze broke out at a house in Eastbourne on Sunday.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) was called to the property on Rosebery Avenue just after 15:30 GMT.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet and one main jet to extinguish the fire.
South East Coast Ambulance Service (Secamb) has been contacted for comment.
