She will increase stop-and-search powers
Gallagher says she will focus on making the Met "impartial again" and ensure it is "strictly non-political and objective".
She will tackle knife crime by "freeing the police from political correctness" and will increase the Met's powers of stop and search.
She will end Ulez and reduce the number of LTNs
On transport, Ms Gallagher will end the Ultra Low Emission Zone (Ulez) and reduce the number of low-traffic neighbourhood zones.
She has a zero-tolerance approach to graffiti and other antisocial behaviour affecting public transport ambiance.
She will also implement an outright ban on loudspeakers and stop "woke" messaging on public transport.
She will intensify land use in outer London
Ms Gallagher will encourage the co-development of public and private land.
She says she will be "master-planning land adjacent to publicly held land to maximise both profits and the supply of affordable housing".
She will also intensify land use in the outer London boroughs where the population density is one-third that of central London, especially close to Tube stations and transport nodes, and build more houses.
She will commission five statues of British artists
Ms Gallagher says she will "protect freedom of speech and expression".
She will commission five new statues for great British artists of global stature, and the selection will be based on global reputation and artistic and historical significance.
She will reduce council tax
To ease the cost of living, Ms Gallagher will cut the mayor's budget and transfer that money to reduce people's council tax.
"I will convene a monthly efficiency review, to seek ways and means to achieve lower council tax bills through asset-sharing, procurement and overhead reduction," she says.
Ms Gallagher will also create a community volunteer network database where citizens can offer their skills for certain community support services.
