Cannabis farm found following fire at rural site
Police removed a large number of cannabis plants from the site

About 300 cannabis plants were discovered following a fire at a rural industrial unit.
Kent Police said they were called to the site in Bethersden Road, Smarden, on Friday.
After the fire had been extinguished a large number of the plants and associated growing equipment were removed.
Officers said there were no reported injuries and no arrests had been made.
