Three teenage girls have been arrested on suspicion of arson following three fires in a town centre, including outside a bank and behind a store.

Northamptonshire Police said two 15-year-old girls and one aged 14, all from Kettering, were arrested following the incidents in the town between 18:30 GMT and 20:30 on 25 November.

They have all been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

The fires were started outside HSBC, Peacock's and in Meeting Lane, Kettering, the force said.

It believes others may have been involved and would like to speak to anyone who may have information to get in touch.
