A bridge connecting two buildings at a major city development cost around £1m, it has been revealed.

The bridge which links Number One Cathedral View with Number Two was installed in November at the £107m Forum development on Market Parade, Gloucester.

The 44-tonne structure, which is 62ft long, needed a police escort and was taken to the site by lorry.

Part of the wider £200m regeneration of the city centre by Gloucester City Council, The Forum will include premium office spaces, retail space, restaurants, a hotel and a rooftop bar.
