Four arrests over car crash pedestrian death

Neville's Cross in Durham is busy with vehicles at the junction on the A167. The traffic lights are on green and vehicles are heading through them. A three-storey brick building - which could be flats or offices such is the relative blandness of the design - with a zinc or copper-style pointed roof is to the left of the junction.Image source, Google
