A man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap after a woman was reportedly forced into a white tow truck by two men in east London.
Officers were called to reports the woman, aged between 28 and 32, was forced into a Ford Transit on Millharbour Road, at the junction of Lighterman's Road, in Canary Wharf at about 23:25 BST on 30 September.
A 42-year-old man from east London, who was arrested on suspicion of kidnap on 1 October, has been bailed while enquiries continue, the Metropolitan Police said.
Det Insp Grant Stevens said: "We are keen to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident and are concerned for the welfare of the young woman involved, who we have been unable to identify."
He added: "Were you in or near Millharbour Road, E14 around the time of the incident and saw anything suspicious, or do you have any CCTV or mobile phone footage that will assist us with our enquiries?"
