A motorcyclist has died in a crash involving a car in Worcestershire.

The man in his 60s was pronounced dead at the scene on the roundabout between Ombersley Way and the A38 in Droitwich at about 15:20 BST on Sunday.

Police said he had been riding a Triumph Tiger motorbike and was in collision with a BMW X3.

West Mercia Police has appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to come forward.

Officers gave the man CPR before ambulance crews arrived and took over.

An ambulance service spokesperson said: "Sadly, the man couldn't be saved, and he was confirmed dead on scene a short time later.

"Our thoughts are with the patient's family and friends at this very sad time."
