An 18-year-old man has admitted stabbing a 14-year-old boy at a property in West Yorkshire.

Alfie Clark attacked the teenager at a house in Eastbourne View, in Pontefract, on 25 May, leaving the victim with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

He pleaded guilty at Leeds Crown Court earlier to wounding with intent and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

Following the hearing, Clark was remanded in custody ahead of sentencing on1 August.
