A Festival of Adult Learning is returning to Guernsey in April, to highlight the benefits of life-long learning.
It is the second time the event has been held, after the success of the inaugural festival in 2024.
Organised by The Guernsey Institute, the week-long event will include demonstrations, free sample classes and taster workshops and displays.
Jane Fears, business development director at the further and higher education provider, said: "We hope to inspire more adults to try something new."
'Showcase what's available'
She added: "Learning doesn't have to be something you're afraid of.
"It can have a truly transformational impact on lives and we are excited to be able to showcase that during this event."
The institute said the event aimed to engage with "all areas of the local community", celebrate adult education and demonstrate the positive impact that learning can have.
Sean Gillease, managing director of sponsors Sovereign Pension Services, said: "This event is a great way to showcase what's available on the island and perhaps encourage people to have a go at something they've never tried before."
The festival, external will be held between Saturday 5 April and Friday 11 April at various locations, including St Martin's and Styx Community Centres, Health Connections' Market Street Shop, the Castel Douzaine Room and The Guernsey Institute.
