Man who died in M5 crash was 'truly wonderful'

The family of a man who died in a crash on the M5 have paid tribute to him as a "truly wonderful gentleman".
Mihai Florescu, 39, from Plymouth, died at the scene of a four-vehicle crash near Junction 27 at Tiverton at about 23:10 BST on 18 September.
His wife Laura said: "There are few words to express the deep pain and sorrow of losing Mihai Florescu, a loving husband, son, brother and friend who has been taken from us far too soon. The world has lost a truly wonderful gentleman and we have lost our world."
Police said a man in his 40s from the Cullompton area was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and he had been released under investigation while inquiries continued.
Officers said the crash involved four vehicles including a Volkswagen Transporter, a Land Rover Discovery, a Kia Ceed and the Toyota Prius Mr Mihai was driving.
Four people were taken to hospital for treatment after the crash and the M5 was partially closed for about 15 hours.
