Road closures delayed for car park demolition

Road and lane closures on Broadway begin 11 March due to delayed demolition
- Published
Road closures to demolish a car park that were due to begin this week have been delayed.
Demolition began in January on the 1960s Broadway car park in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The work was expected to take about 12 weeks but road closures were delayed after asbestos was discovered.
The partial road closure of Broadway, which was originally planned for a week from Monday, has now been rescheduled to run from 13 May to 3 June in order to demolish the spiral ramp.
