Guernsey's Bathing Pools' building at La Vallette has won a prestigious UK architecture award.
The redeveloped building, which was designed by local firm DLM Architects, won a Royal Institute of British Architects' (RIBA) regional award for the South East.
The building was one of nine regional winners of the awards, which "celebrate great architecture across the UK".
RIBA said: "Successfully integrating architecture with nature, the design makes a positive impact on both the community and the environment."
David De La Mare, managing director of DLM said winning a RIBA award was something he had "always dreamt of".
Mr De La Mare said: "Recognition amongst some of the biggest names in the industry is testament to the skill and dedication of the entire team, and everyone involved in delivering this incredible project.
"The real reward has been seeing the impact it has on our community."
Helen Bonner-Morgan, operations director of The Bathing Pools, said they were "proud" to have worked with the architects on the RIBA award-winning project which leaves "a legacy for future generations".
Mrs Bonner-Morgan said: "The building promotes community health and togetherness.
"We are honoured that this project stood among outstanding buildings up for this prestigious award, showcasing superb quality design."
The building was opened two years ago and features a cafe, changing facilities and an access ramp to the main pool.
