Hand grenades, 3D-printed guns and a claymore landmine have been found at a property, sparking evacuations and an arrest.

A 55-year-old man was taken into custody for firearms offences following the discovery at the property on New End in Wainfleet earlier, Lincolnshire Police said.

The items have been assessed by an Explosive Ordinance Disposal team and do not pose a threat to the public.

Residents were evacuated and a 197ft (60m) cordon was put in place but it has since been lifted and people have been allowed to return to their homes.
