The accident happened on the A5 to the south of Towcester

A motorcyclist has died in an accident involving his bike and two cars.

It happened on the A5 near Towcester, Northamptonshire, at about 11:30 GMT on Sunday.

Northamptonshire Police said the incident involved a black Yamaha motorbike and a silver Hyundai travelling north towards Towcester and a blue Volvo heading in the opposite direction.

The motorcyclist, who was in his 30s, died at the scene.

Police want to hear from anyone who has relevant dashcam footage or any other information.
