Arrests after man seriously injured in park assault

Two men have been arrested after a man was seriously injured in an assault in a Derby park.
Derbyshire Police said the incident happened in Arboretum Park, in Rose Hill Street, between 15:30 and 16:00 BST on Saturday.
The victim, who is in his 30s, was taken to hospital with "serious, but not life-threatening, injuries to his head and face", the force added.
A man in his 20s and another in his 40s were both arrested in connection with the assault and remain in custody.
