Motorcyclist in serious condition after collision

Three people were taken to hospital after emergency services were called to Church Lane in Gorleston on Thursday

A motorcyclist remains in hospital in a serious condition following a crash on Thursday.

It happened just after 10:00 BST on Church Lane in Gorleston, Norfolk, and involved a car, motorcyclist and pedestrian.

The biker, a man in his 20s, was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge by air ambulance, where he remains.

Norfolk Police is appealing for witnesses, including anyone who saw the manner of driving of a silver Ford Focus and the motorcycle, to get in touch.

Another person who was not directly involved in the crash remains in hospital after suffering a coronary medical episode, police said.

The pedestrian - a teenager - who was taken to the James Paget University Hospital with serious injuries has been discharged.
