A flying piano, a giant 12-foot tall spinning wheel, aerial performers and weird and wonderful circus acts have taken to the streets of a seaside town.

Arts by the Sea is a three-day festival celebrating art, culture and music with more than 150 performers in Bournemouth.

Now in its 15th year, the free event has the theme We Are Here. Organisers said it was a "celebration of community, creativity and the power of place".

The festival was due to end on Sunday night, with Arts by the Sea Fringe running until 5 October at independent venues across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
