A cyclist collided with a vehicle at the Prince Albert Road roundabout in St Peter Port on Halloween night, Guernsey Police have said.
The incident happened between 21:00 and 21:15 GMT on 31 October when the cyclist, descending from Ruettes Braye, collided with what is believed to be a white Skoda.
The cyclist and the driver exchanged words at the scene but failed to swap contact details, said officers.
Police are asking anyone who saw the incident or has dashcam footage from the area to come forward.
