Police appeal after motorcyclist seriously injured

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered life-threatening injuries in a collision between a car and motorbike near Catwick.

A blue Suzuki GSXR was travelling along the A1035 towards Hornsea on Monday 3 June at about 4.45pm when it is believed to have been in collision with a red MG ZS near to the crossroads of Catwick Lane.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Humberside Police is asking witnesses and anyone who might have dashcam footage to get in touch.

The driver of the red MG ZS is also believed to have suffered injuries to his arm as a result of the collision.
