Eleventh man arrested over suspected hare coursing

A 40-year-old man has become the 11th person to be arrested following a series of complaints about hare coursing.
Suspects wearing balaclavas and driving 4x4s allegedly caused havoc in fields and villages across the Cambridgeshire Fens on 25 January.
The man, from Hungerford in Berkshire, was arrested in Peterborough on suspicion of violent disorder and attending a hare coursing event.
Four men arrested on Wednesday in connection with the same offences have been released on bail.
The incidents on 25 January were reported in Fordham, Ely, Prickwillow, Littleport, Welney, Chatteris, Manea, Wimblington and Doddington.
The ten other men arrested include:
An 18-year-old man from Spalding, Lincolnshire
A 26-year-old man from Grantham, Lincolnshire
A 22-year-old man from Chelmsford, Essex
A 51-year-old man from Chelmsford, Essex
A 46-year-old man from Solihull, West Midlands
A 30-year-old man from Basildon, Essex
A 44-year-old man from Horton, Berkshire
A 19-year-old man from Datchet, Berkshire
A 44-year-old man from Datchet, Berkshire
A 28-year-old man from Winkfield, Berkshire
All 10 were released on bail conditions and were asked to return to Thorpe Wood Police Station, Peterborough, at a later date.
