A Surrey hospital has maintained a "good" rating for its urgent and emergency care following a recent inspection.
Frimley Park Hospital in Camberley was praised for its "strong commitment to delivering care that was safe, compassionate and centred on the needs of the people they served" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Lance McCarthy, chief executive of the Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, said he was "very proud of the care we are providing and even prouder of the people who are delivering it every day".
The hospital's rating remained good overall but safety as a whole continues to require improvement, the inspection report said.
Helen Rawlings, director of operations in the South for the CQC, said: "Staff should be proud of these positive findings, which reflect the difference they make to people's lives every day."
The inspection, which took place in February, found the hospital to have "strong leadership who embodied the culture of their workforce".
The report, released on Thursday, also praised the kindness, empathy and compassion of staff within the departments in periods of "heightened pressure on hospitals".
Inspectors noted that challenges with the hospital-wide flow of patients sometimes delayed timely treatment in some areas.
The inspection found Frimley Hospital to be outstanding at being caring, responsive and well-led, while the hospital's urgent and emergency services were rated as good.
Wexham Park Hospital in Slough, which is also part of the Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, was also upgraded from good to outstanding during the inspection.
Mr McCarthy said: "To achieve these ratings, and the overall outstanding rating for Wexham Park, at a time of significant pressures on our services, is a huge credit to the dedication, passion and compassion of all of my colleagues."
