Serious crash closes road near Exeter Airport

Emergency services have been called out to a serious crash and vehicle fire on the exit slip road near Exeter Airport.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the incident was reported at 12:05 BST and involved a single vehicle on the westbound slip road for the B3184 off the A30 in Clyst Honiton.
A force spokesperson said emergency services remained at the scene opposite Exeter Airport and the road had been closed, but the A30 remained open.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service added crews from Danes Castle, Clyst St George and Middlemoor had been called to the scene after receiving reports the vehicle was on fire.
